StormProofCheck may investigate, restrict, suspend, remove, preserve evidence, or report conduct involving fake requests, identity misuse, false credentials, deceptive advertising, spam, harassment, discrimination, scraping, payment abuse, account sharing, data resale, unauthorized access, manipulation of contractor exposure, or threats to safety.

Reporting

Reports should include dates, names, screenshots, contracts, messages, and other relevant records. A report does not guarantee a particular outcome, and StormProofCheck may protect confidential review information.

Enforcement

Possible actions include warnings, required corrections, credential re-verification, temporary limits, credit restrictions, suspension, removal, preservation of records, and referral to payment providers, licensing authorities, insurers, law enforcement, or legal counsel.
