Homeowner Agreement

By submitting a request, the homeowner confirms the following.

Safety first

Do not climb onto a roof, use a ladder for the service, enter damaged structures, touch downed wires, inspect during an active storm, or approach an immediate hazard. Contact 911, the utility, fire department, or another appropriate emergency service when needed.

Accuracy and authority

The homeowner states that submitted information is accurate to the best of their knowledge and that they own the submitted content or have permission to provide it.

Limited authorization

The homeowner authorizes StormProofCheck to process the request and transmit it only to the participating contractors the homeowner selects, subject to lawful operational and service-provider processing.

Independent decision

The homeowner remains responsible for researching and choosing contractors, reviewing licenses and insurance, obtaining written estimates, reading contracts, and understanding insurance and financing terms.

No inspection or insurance guarantee

Photos may not reveal hidden damage. StormProofCheck does not determine causation, scope, code compliance, insurability, coverage, claim value, or whether repairs are necessary.
